30th Bismarck Turkey Trot

Thirty-years-ago, at Apple Creek Country Club, a group raced together for a friend in need of a double lung transplant, who suffered from Cystic Fibrosis.

Now, hundreds took to the streets outside the Bismarck Elks to continue the tradition of burning off the Thanksgiving calories, so other North Dakotans can breathe easier.

Families, and some with their four legged friends, ran to raise money for travel expenses to medical appointments for people with cystic fibrosis.
