3 Williston homes burglarized, suspects detained

WILLISTON, N.D. - The Williston Police Department says four people are awaiting a preliminary hearing after stolen items from three different homes were recovered during a police search at their residence.

Twenty-two-year-old Seth Dubray, 34-year-old Ryan LaFleur, 25-year-old Allen Poitra, and 21-year-old Abby Cox are charged with possession of stolen property, a class C felony, and four other theft and drug related charges.

Officers say they found two bikes, a power drill, and ice fishing poles at the house, totaling around $2,000.

Court documents show their preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 11.
