GARRISON, N.D. - It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Garrison, home of the annual Dickens Festival. The town's 1,500 people welcome visitors for the big parade, and vendors say it's all about the holiday spirit.
"I can't think of one business that doesn't do anything for this Dickens. Everyone comes together every year, we've had this for so long and I think everyone just loves the Dickens Festival and loves working with each other to make it a fun place for everyone who visits," said Cassandra Perman, vendor.
Perman says people from Hawaii, California and Montana flew in for the festival.
