20-year-old woman charged with facilitating GSI, endangering a child

Twenty-year-old Brianna Carr of Fairview has been charged with facilitating gross sexual imposition and endangering a child.

The McKenzie County Sheriff’s Office filed charges against Carr of for directing a girl under the age of 15 to perform sexual acts.

Deputies say the offense happened on July 15, 2019.

Another suspect has not been charged yet, but court documents say he did have sexual contact with the girl on that day.

Court documents show Carr also caused or permitted the child to ingest, inhale, or have contact with controlled substances or paraphernalia.

No future court-dates have been scheduled.
