2 ND people charged with insurance fraud

The Bismarck man suspected of insurance fraud is facing charges from the North Dakota Insurance Department for under-reporting previous vehicle damages to the insurance company and purposefully getting into more crashes.

Marcus Lavallie is accused of reporting more than $5,000 in damages.

Investigators also charged Scott Goebel of Fargo, claiming he reported damages of more than $22,000.
