Ray voters approve $10 million bond referendum for high school addition

RAY, N.D. - Ray voters have overwhelmingly approved a $10 million bond referendum to add a two story addition to their current high school, as well as improve related school property.

Superintendent Benjamin Shafer says the unofficial count shows out of 135 total votes, there were only 11 "no" votes, meaning the bond was approved by 92 percent.
