Sasha recently completed the journalism Master’s Program at Georgetown University in Washington DC. Previously she worked as an intern at PBS, and Yes! Weekly. She also studied media and English at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Sasha says she enjoys showing the journey of others because she believes we create understanding through storytelling, and her work has shared the voice of many diverse communities.
