Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter
After spending my whole life in the state of Minnesota, I was ready and excited to branch out (just a little) here to Bismarck, ND.
I was born in St. Cloud, MN, a town just an hour north of the Twin Cities. I graduated from St. Cloud Cathedral, lettering in football and basketball.
Following graduation, I was lucky enough to play college football. First at Central Lakes College in Brainerd, MN, where I attained my AA degree. Then after two years in Brainerd, I transferred to the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN, where I obtained a bachelor's degree in communication.
After college, I began my broadcasting career at WDIO in Duluth, MN. My title was Sports Producer, but I also was able to fill in on the desk from time to time. Later, I moved on to KBJR-TV, which was also located in Duluth, MN, to be the Weekend Sports Anchor.
Some of my favorite events I covered included the University of Minnesota Duluth's two-time title run, as well as the Timberwolves first home playoff game in over 14 years.
When not at the desk, you’ll usually find me catching a game of my favorite teams. (Vikings, Twins, Timberwolves)
I'm very excited to be here and am looking forward to all the stories the Capital City has to offer.
