I was born and raised in Williston, North Dakota. As a child, watching the evening news on NBC with Tom Brokaw and Brian Williams every night before supper shaped my admiration for the world of broadcasting. After graduating high school, I attended Minot State University, graduating in 2013 with a Bachelors Degree in Broadcast Journalism. I moved back to Williston in the summer of 2017 and have been working at KUMV-TV ever since. When I'm not out filming a story or shooting-the-breeze with Jon Cole, you can usually find me in line at one of the many local coffee shops around town.
