ND State Penitentiary Warden resigns

BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) -The Warden of the North Dakota State Penitentiary has resigned.
A penitentiary official said James P. Sayler was on leave when he handed in his resignation.
He had served as the Warden since 2019.
