Retiring Four Bears councilwoman honored

NEW TOWN, N.D. (KMOT) - Tuesday, voters in the Four Bears segment on the Fort Berthold Reservation will elect a new tribal council member.
Current councilwoman Victoria Brugh is retiring after serving three terms.
This past weekend, Brugh held an event thanking the community and her staff.
