WILLISTON, N.D. - A Williston woman charged with the murder of her one-month-old son in 2019 has been sentenced to life with the possibility of parole.
Twenty-one-year-old Hannah McMillin was sentenced Friday afternoon in Williams County Court. She and Tank McMillin, her husband were charged after the infant was found buried under a pile of pillows at a Williston Hotel.
Hannah took an Alford plea last year, meaning she claims to be innocent, but acknowledges that there’s enough evidence to convict.
