BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - The Morton County Sheriff’s Office says 30-year-old Bismarck resident Rodrigo Soto-Garcia died after his Jet Ski tipped in the Missouri River Saturday evening.
The other passenger on the Jet Ski was a 22-year-old woman from South Dakota, who was not injured. Officials say Soto-Garcia was wearing a life vest, but was unconscious when responders arrived.
First responders say they took Soto-Garcia to a Bismarck hospital where he was pronounced dead.
North Dakota Game and Fish and the Morton County Sheriff’s Office will continue their investigation.
