BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - North Dakota confirmed a positive rate of 8.1% Tuesday. 261 tests were positive out of 4,333. There were 2 new deaths (1,468 total). 30 are currently hospitalized due to COVID with 5 ICU beds occupied. 1,142 cases remain active. 42.2% of North Dakota’s population has received at least one vaccine dose with 29.5% receiving two doses. There have been 434,810 total vaccine doses administered in North Dakota.**

*Rate based on ‘susceptible test encounters.’ True rate based on all testing = 6.0%. **Vaccine data is reported weekdays.
