BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - One of the things many of us struggle with is keeping our goals realistic when it comes to working out and eating healthy.

Tana Trotter joins us from Proximal 50, and she says exercise doesn’t need to be a marathon, and eating healthy doesn’t mean eating perfect.
