#WellnessWednesday: Get Moving
BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - We’ve talked about ways of being social and creative so far on #WellnessWednesday to improve our overall wellness especially as we age, but today we want to focus on the many benefits of adding physical activity to our lives.
That’s why today’s #WellnessWednesday tip is to simply “Get Moving.” Exercise does much more than help our bodies and there are plenty of ways to get started.
