Police Arrest Man for Driving Under Suspension and Drugs

A traffic stop closed exit 161 on I-94 Monday afternoon after police stopped a Minnesota man for suspicion of impaired driving.

Police said Michael O'Connell, 26, of Moorhead, Minn., refused to leave his car for about an hour, closing the westbound exit.

O'Connell eventually left his vehicle and police took him into custody.

Police charged O'Connell with driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia.
