Flipping Out at the ND State Fair

Posted: Updated:

From fried food, to carnival rides and agricultural exhibits, you can find just about anything at the 49th annual North Dakota State Fair. That includes extreme pogo stunts.

The Xpogo Stunt Team wows crowds with their extreme pogo-stick skills. The three soar up to nine feet in the air performing acrobatic back-flips, front-flips and pogo stick rotations. But these aren't the spring loaded pogo sticks of your childhood. Technology has advanced over the years to pneumatic air filled tubes.

“We're always practicing, innovating new tricks. As our training progresses, our shows just get better and better,” says Biff Hutchison of Xpogo.

The Stunt Team performs at 1:00, 4:30, and 7:30 on the west side of the State Fair Center everyday of the fair. For more information on this extreme sports crew, check out the Xpogo Facebook page.
