Witnesses take the Stand in the Clark Trial

Posted: Updated:

Joshua Clark's murder trial ended its second day today. Investigators believe Clark is one of two men who conspired to murder John Swain.

The prosecution brought materials recovered from the crime scene. They also brought in Theo Crowe, who has been convicted for Swain's murder. Crowe refused to testify. Video of Clark being questioned at the police station showed him saying he felt he became a part of something he didn't want to happen and referred to himself as a murderer.

Crowe has been convicted and sentenced to life in prison.

The trial resumes again tomorrow.
