An Amber Alert has been issued. A three-year-old Native American girl is believed to have been abducted or otherwise endangered at 9 p.m. on July 2.

Jayvani White Eagle has long black hair, brown eyes, and weighs about 35 pounds. She was last seen at the King Coin Laundromat in Bismarck. She was wearing a white t-shirt, pink undershirt, wrangler blue jeans and silver sketcher shoes with a bow tie on top.

Jayvani may be with Jacqueline White Eagle and Curtis Olson Jr. who may be driving a Black 2000 Toyota Tundra Pickup Truck with heavy front end damage. The pickup bears North Dakota license plates that read JVC223.

Curtis Olson Jr. a Native American man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 200 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He may have a shaved head, a brow piercing, pierced left ear and facial hair.

Both adults are from Parshall. Jacqueline is Jayvani’s biological mother but does not have custody of the child.
