Bismarck Schools Move Portables

Wednesday and Thursday, Bismarck Public Schools will be moving some portable classrooms to the Hughes Educational Center on Washington St. Legacy High School students will have most of their classes at Hughes starting this fall until their new school is open in the fall of 2015.

Tomorrow, from 5 to 6 a.m., the district will move two portables from the Career Academy south on Ward Road, east on Ave. C, then north on Raymond St. to Hughes.

Thursday from 5 to 6 a.m., two portables from Will-Moore Elementary School will be moved north on 5th St., west on Boulevard Ave., and south on Washington St. to Hughes.

Avenue D will remain closed to through traffic for another year.
