Police Search For High Risk Sex Offender

The Minot Police Department asks for the public's assistance in locating a high risk sex offender in the Minot area.

Robert Baca, 48, is wanted by the Detroit Lakes PD for violating his parole. The felon has a violent past, and was convicted of rape.

Authorities have tracked his debit card to these Minot businesses over the last two days: Schatz Crossroads, Marketplace Foods, the Sierra Inn and Perkins restaurant. 

Baca is described as 5'7" tall, weighs about 180 pounds and has short red hair, hazel eyes and a four-leaf clover tattoo on the top of his left hand.
