AARP Hosts Brain Health Luncheon

Their mission is to teach ways to stay healthy through the ages.

AARP North Dakota held a luncheon this Wednesday afternoon in Minot, and their focus was on brain health and the importance of staying sharp.

"Exercise, remaining socially engaged and eating well. It's a very significant, it's a whole picture. There are a lot of elements to it and a lot of things to pay attention to and a lot tools that exist in the community that we can use to make sure we stay healthy,” says Janis Cheney the state director for the AARP.
