Police Arrest Attempted Burglar

Neighbors on the 1600 block of Pocatello Drive surrounded two suspects accused of attempted burglary on  May 31. The 67-year-old victim said, Nicholas Barth, 20, and his 16-year-old accomplice, were trying to break into his home at 11:59 p.m. through the back patio door.

When the man confronted the boys, they took off southbound on foot. The victim along with neighbors managed to detain the boys until police arrived.

Barth is being charged with attempted burglary and minor consumption.
