Rollover Crash Kills Two Women

A Nielsville, Minn. man faces DUI charges after injuring himself and killing two young women in a rollover crash last night near Hillsboro.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol tells us James Yahnke, 51, was drinking when he rolled his Dodge Challenger. Two young women were passengers in the car and were pronounced dead at the scene. They are Teja Beyer, 21, of Red Lake Falls, Minn. and Mercedes Rowley, 23, of Sharon, N.D. 

The accident happened on Trail County Road 17 at about 9:20 p.m. That's about 12 miles northeast of Hillsboro.

Yahnke was flown to Sanford in Fargo.
