A Fargo man faces 12 years in prison for his part in a drug conspiracy that led to the death of a local musician.

Nathan Evenson, 27, along with his partners Seth Lund and Nicole Wadsworth, distributed heroin that contributed to the death of Cody Connor in June, 2012. Connor was only 30 and a Blues guitarist.

Lund was sentenced to seven years in prison, and Wadsworth's sentencing is scheduled for early June.

Evenson was also ordered to pay $4,367.50 in restitution and three-years of supervised release.
