LNG Announces Liquefied Natural Gas Facility

Posted: Updated:
This summer North Dakota trucking companies and farmers will have a new alternative fuel to choose from as a liquefied natural gas processing facility opens in Tioga.

The facility will convert methane gas into liquid fuels that the North Dakota LNG says will be more cost effective. The plant will be able to produce more than 10,000 gallons of liquid natural gas per day. The facility would be the first of it's kind in the state, and the plants output would increase to more than 76,000 gallons by 2015.
