Mandan Student Appears In Court For Multiple Charges

Mandan High School student accused of causing the gun scare that locked down campus on Friday, stood before a judge this afternoon.

Bail for Todd Miller, 18, has been set at $10,000.

Miller is charged with two felonies, accomplice to reckless endangerment and terrorism. He is also charged with two misdemeanors for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a concealed weapon.

Police say they responded to the school after someone reported seeing a gun on campus.

Officers say they searched Miller and found an unloaded revolver and drug paraphernalia.

Miller could spend up to five years in jail.
