Police Arrest Multiple Men For Forgery

Four men are behind bars after stealing and forging checks from a Minot Law Firm and authorities are looking for one more.

Christopher Dutchuk, 28, Brent Jungling, 33, Richard Wilson Jr., 39, all of Bismarck, and Duane Bornhoeft, 25, of Mandan were arrested for the class A felony charge of conspiracy to commit forgery.

Aaron Jorgensen, 30, has a warrant out for his arrest in connection with this case.

Court documents say someone stole nine blank checks from the Minot law firm of Eaton Van De Streek & Ward in February.

Seven of the stolen checks were cashed or deposited at banks in Bismarck, Mandan and Minot for more than $91,000.
