Bismarck Man Faces Drug Charges

A Bismarck man faces several drug charges following a Saturday traffic stop.

Scott Huber, 26, was stopped when he failed to signal a turn.

Huber was arrested for driving under suspension.

At the time of the arrest, he had raw marijuana in his pocket and a powder residue on his sweater.

Police also found a blue bag in his car that contained a snort tube, spoon, syringes and baggies.

More drug paraphernalia was found in his apartment.

Huber faces seven charges including possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.
