Minot Begins Severe Weather Testing

Posted: Updated:
The National Weather Service and the Minot Central Dispatch will begin conducting severe weather drills on April 30, at 11:15 a.m.

Residents will hear a 10 second hi/lo tone and a voice message given over the public address system. The cable-TV interrupt system will also be testing their service.

Outdoor warning tests continue until October, and occur the last Monday of each month at 9:30 a.m.
