Visit Minot Holds Annual Meeting

Posted: Updated:

More and more people are visiting Minot.

Whether it's coming to check out special events or hitting the shops, there is plenty to do.

Because the city is working so hard to attract people to the community, they want to continue that.

That's why Visit Minot held their annual meeting on Thursday to review what they've done to attract people in the past, and what they need to do to prepare for the future.

"Whether its service, new products or retail, all of those things that are now growing in our community; harnessing that energy, marketing that, and getting people to be aware that Minot is rolling out the red carpet. We want you to come in and stay over night. Come to some events and shop here and really that's what our perspective is now going forward," says Wendy Howe the director of Visit Minot.

Visit Minot reaches people with their motto "Get Out and Play."
