Judge Sentences Man For Drug Conspiracy

Posted: Updated:

A Fargo man faces 25-years in prison for drug conspiracy charges.

Earl St. Claire Jr., 24, took part in transporting and distributing 500 grams of meth. Authorities say that St. Claire Jr. was considered the leader in the operation, and those who were involved would look to him for guidance in dealing.

After St. Claire Jr. was arrested he tried to escape custody in June of 2013.

The judge ordered him to serve five-years of supervised release once his sentence is completed.

The case was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations, Drug Enforcement Administration, Fargo and Moorhead Police Departments and Cass County Drug Task Force.
