The individual whose name appears on this notification has been convicted of or has pleaded guilty to a sexual offense. In accordance with North Dakota State Law this individual must register as a sexual offender.

The offender is not wanted by the police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.

Description: 6'04", 285 pounds, Blonde hair, Blue eyes

Address: 3500 E. Bismarck Expressway Ave., Bismarck, N.D. 58504

Risk Level: High

Conviction Information: In the late '90s Andrews was convicted of corruption of a minor and gross sexual imposition. He was charged with corruption after he was caught fondling two teen girls. The second conviction occurred when he raped an 8-year-old girl on two separate occasions.
