The West Region Class A boys and girls basketball season concluded play today, and the state qualifiers are set.
On the girls side Bismarck High won the tournament with a 64 to 61 win over Century. Both teams clinched state tournament berths on Friday. Minot defeated Mandan 52 to 45 to qualify for the state tournament and Jamestown filled the final sport with a 87 to 58 win over Belcourt.
On the boys side, Century defeated Bismarck High 53 to 31. Tyler Rudolph lead the way with 22-points and 13 rebounds. The Saints clinched a state berth with a 101 to 55 win over Mandan. Minot also will be competing in the state tournament with a 72 to 62 win over Dickinson.
