A Fargo man will serve 17 and a half years in prison for his involvement in a drug conspiracy called Operation Stolen Youth.

Spofford sold drugs in Grand Forks through an online business called Motion Resources, which imports psychedelic hallucinogenics.

Twelve others have been arrested for their part in Operation Stolen Youth.

The case was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations, Drug Enforcement Administration, North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigations and Grand Forks Police Department.
