People Line Up For Powerball Tickets

Theodds of winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 175 million, but don't letthat stop you from trying. 

Tonight'sdrawing is estimated at $400 million. It's considered the nationssixth largest jackpot ever. A potential winner could walk away with a cash payoutof $227.8 million, which may be the reason people have been liningup for tickets.

"Around5, there are a lot of people that come in. Kind of later in the nightas people are moving about town they will hear it on the radio or see it onthe billboards, then they'll rush down here and buy their ticketsto try and win that big jackpot," says Harley's Cenex cashier LindsayBakk.

In the past,more than 730 people have won $1 million as a secondary prize, and morethan 120 people have won $2 million through the power play option.
