Man Camp Provides Homey Experience

Posted: Updated:

Target Logistics, a worldwide provider of workforce housing, has just completed the development of Judson Lodge in Williston. The project started in October of 2012 and the second phase has just been completed.

The lounge now boasts 100 new rooms with some notable features that are meant to create a VIP experience.

"The rooms up here at Judson, they have their own bathrooms, so its more of a suite. That was the whole design of the first place was to kick this off as more of an executive lodge for all 100 rooms. Each guest loves the fact that they have their own restroom, they have a larger bed and overall just control of their own little domain," says Patrick Murphy, the Assistant Camp Manager.

The rooms also include a desk, chair, wardrobe, flat screen TV and house keeping service. The beds are also a special feature in all target logistic facilities.

"At Target Logistics we have the Hibernator, which is trademarked. It is just a comfortable mattress, a nice comfortable sleeping bed is what it is," says Murphy.

Also, the Lodge offers a video game room, gym, complementary laundry facilities, recreation room and a 24 hour dining room. Judson Lodge is already receiving rave reviews.

"Our client here, they have responded quite well. Prior housing was smaller, still great, well above standard, but they just love the fact that the company that they work for has set them up in such a nice VIP condition," said Murphy.

According to Murphy, the main goal is the clients comfort and providing a homelike atmosphere for them to recharge their batteries and relax.

Including the completion of Judson Lodge, Target Logistics now operates 16 properties in the U.S., providing more than 5,300 beds.
