Superbowl Flu Affects Employers

Posted: Updated:

We've all been warned about the different strains of the flu virus going around, but there's one more you might be interested in hearing about. It's called the Superbowl Flu and about 1.5 million Americans woke up this morning with a case it.

Symptoms include throbbing heads and churning stomachs. After a night of beer, wings and celebrations many people choose to call the office and go back to bed.

"I shouldn't say that employers should be expecting it, but they should count their employees more reliable. The employees should know that they have work and they should be responsible," says Minot resident Zachary Rice.

Employers need not worry, these symptoms usually reside by Tuesday.
