Dickinson Man Pleads Guilty to Bank Robbery

Sastrone Boyd, 38, of Dickinson, pleaded guilty to one count of bank robbery.

On Oct. 25 around 9:30 a.m., Boyd and Rendell Hardy entered the Northland Financial in Medina wearing clown masks. One of them held out a handgun as they demanded money from the teller. The two fled the scene soon after.

Police had many leads on the case, before arresting Boyd in Fargo and Hardy in Dickinson.

Boyd's sentencing is scheduled for April 14.
