Fans Filling Sports Bars

Posted: Updated:

It's the last day of the NFL regular season and fans all over the country are filling their local sports bars.

The owner of the burger and beer spot says that during football season they stay pretty busy, but a lot of it depends on how well a team's season is going.

"We do get a lot of people coming at the beginning of the season we get a lot more Vikings fans that showed up, but unfortunately, since they're not doing too well, it seems like the interest has kind of fizzled out a little bit," says owner, Reza Kamranian.

Kamranian says that although a lot of Vikings fans have opted to stay home lately, he's looking forward to being busy for a different event in 2014... the World Cup.

"Being that we are a soccer place in 2010 we had quite a few people here, the place was packed and everyone had a great time," says Kamranian. "And pretty much all the soccer fans get together here and so in the 2014 it should be another great year for soccer fans all over.

Reza's Pitch is located on Front and 3rd and opens daily at 11 am.
