businesses, it's good to keep things up-to-date. It took over a year of planning,
designing and constructing, but the newly designed Ryan Chevrolet on Broadway opened its doors. Painting walls, floors, and
ceilings. All of this, to make their customers and employees
"We want people to feel comfortable
here. We want people to easily move around the dealership and make them feel
like it's a good place for them to come," says owner Kathleen
But they didn't stop there.
Everything you see in this dealership is brand new.
"We just decided that if we were
going to do this, we were going to absolutely renovate every square inch of
this dealership," says Gaddie.
The offices were re-arranged and
improvements were made to the employee lounges. Even the roof was raised to
allow for more space.
They decided to make the showroom
neutral so the focal point could be on the cars.

store brought back some memories.
"Forty years ago, my father came to
Minot, North Dakota and bought a Chevy store. And, we
grew it to five stores. This is where it all started," says Gaddie.
The grand opening
for this location will be on November 21, and Gaddie says she's thrilled to
celebrate her father's legacy.
In addition to all of
the changes that the dealership made, the service department has a new entrance.
Instead of driving behind the business to get an oil change, drivers can see the
entrance right from Broadway.
