Stores Sell Out of New iPhone

Posted: Updated:

People across the country waited in line today to get their hands on the latest iPhones. At least two Bismarck locations sold out of the iPhone 5-S, which boasts a fingerprint scanner, a faster processor and a high-resolution iSight camera. And this time, Apple offered choices. Customers can choose between the 5C and the 5S based on their needs.

"The 5C has quite an array of colors from baby blue to forest green to pink. There are quite a few different colors. We also have yellow this year, too.  But, with the 5S, your looking at almost a double processor speed from the 5C or the 5 to the 5S. And overall, it's just a better phone," says AT&T retail sales manager Travis Rich.

Both phones use the new iOS7 operating system.

If your planning to get the 5C, both the North and South locations still have them in stock. And if you trade in your old phone, you could get a $200 promotional card to use towards accessories.
