Extreme Canine Stunt Show

Posted: Updated:

The Extreme Canine Stunt Show started in California, and is used to raise awareness for homeless shelter dogs. These canine athletes can catch Frisbees up to 4 feet in the air, and do fun tricks to entertain fair goers. It takes about 2 years to train them to do the moves and tricks.

"All the dogs that we perform with are rescues. We get them from shelters and rescues from all over the United States and during the show we really like to promote that, so people try adoption before they go to a breeder. We do a bunch of stunts, Frisbee, agility, high jumping, jump rope dog and we end the show with a trick of the day," says Abby Cline, lead trainer and performer.

The show is everyday at 1:30, 4:00, and 6:00 PM.
