Demons Honored by NDAPSSA

Posted: Updated:

The final awards determined by the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association were in the high school ranks.

And the best boys team goes to the Bismarck High Demons.

The Demons wrapped up a perfect season this year with a 21-0 win against Century in the Class AAA state title game.  The Demons defense gave up just 46 points all season and held five opponents scoreless.

"I think it was our senior class in general. We had a good group of guys, a lot of athletes in all sports and just kind of clicked as a group. And we just came together and decided to have a good year so thats what happened," says BHS graduate Ben Joliffe.
