Main Street Minute: Chile Verde

It's no surprise that North Dakota is booming, especially when it comes to new businesses.

"You can see a lot of work here. A lot, a lot of people coming to work," says waitress Mimarely Maladonado.

If you've been driving along Main Street, you may have not noticed Chile Verde tucked in nicely in the Main Medical building, but that hasn't stopped people from checking it out.

"It's been really good. We haven't even advertised. The power of the word is crazy. We've been busy," says Maladonado.

They've been only been open for about 3 weeks and they're already seeing some familiar faces.

"A lot of people are the same people. They are still passing the word, but a lot of the people have been coming back," says Maladonado.

Chile Verde prides themselves on serving authentic Mexican food to hungry customers.

"We want everybody to try it. I want everybody to see what real Mexican is."
