The videos are created by members of the E-how community who have experience in their field.

If you`re looking for quick tips, then check out www.howcast.com. This site was founded by veterans of Google and YouTube, and teaches users everything from how to freeze a six-pack in three minutes, to how-to walk in high heels.

Experts from around the country send in videos, like this one, that teaches how to pick out the perfect chef`s knife.
