Chef Trevor's Creme Brulee



Ingredients

1 quart heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 vanilla beans
6 egg yolks

Directions

Combine cream, sugar and vanilla beans. Bring to boil over medium heat. Remove vanilla beans. Slowly add cream mixture into yolks stirring constantly. Pour mixture into ramekins. Place ramekins in a casserole dish. Pour 1 inch of water into casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Allow to cool. Brulée top.
