State revenue projections are down 4 billion from December's estimates, according to figures released by Republican majority leaders in the state Senate and House.

2 Teenagers Killed in Vehicle Collision

Two teenagers from Alexander were killed in a car crash last night near Keene. According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the teens, ages 16 and 18, were driving westbound on Highway 23 when the driver lost control of the car on icy roads and struck another vehicle.
