Third Person Charged in Bismarck Meth Delivery

A Bismarck woman has been charged for conspiracy to delivery meth within 1,000 feet of a school.

Twenty-five-year old Jessica Kraft is the third to be charged. Joseph Jennings was the first to be charged with his second offense of conspiracy to deliver meth within 1,000 feet of a school, followed by Daniel Goldsack with his first offense.

The incident occurred last in April in the parking lot across from a Bismarck grocery store.
